* IMPACTS...At 43.0 feet, access to Eureka Landing community stops,
with access cut off.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 6:45 AM CDT Tuesday the stage was 38.3 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
early tomorrow afternoon to a crest of 45.4 feet Friday
evening. It will then fall below flood stage early Sunday
morning.
- Flood stage is 42.0 feet.
