Kentucky...
Kentucky River at Frankfort Lock affecting Anderson, Woodford and
Franklin Counties.
Kentucky River at Lockport Lock affecting Owen, Henry and Carroll
Counties.
Kentucky River at High Bridge Lock affecting Garrard, Jessamine
and Mercer Counties.
Kentucky River at Camp Nelson Lock affecting Garrard and
Jessamine Counties.
.Heavy rain from the past several days has caused the river to rise.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive
cars through flooded areas.
