...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in Indiana...
East Fork White River at Seymour.
.Recent rainfall of 2.0 to 3.0 inches has led to rapid rises along
southern Indiana rivers and streams. Lowland and minor flooding is
expected to begin on the East Fork White River near Rivervale
Tuesday night and continue through late this week.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive
cars through flooded areas.

EVENING...
* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...East Fork White River near Rivervale.
* WHEN...From this evening to Saturday evening.
* IMPACTS...At 22.0 feet, A few local county roads begin to flood
and are impassable. These include Buddha Road south of the gage
and Lawrenceport Road. All local roads across the East Fork White
River are threatened by high water, and some are closed. Flooding
of agricultural lands in Lawrence County is in progress.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 7:30 PM EST Tuesday the stage was 20.1 feet.
- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
ending at 7:30 PM EST Tuesday was 20.1 feet.
- Forecast...The river will rise to 23.3 feet Thursday morning.
It will then fall below flood stage Saturday morning to 9.6
feet Friday, February 28. It will rise to 9.7 feet Friday,
February 28. It will then fall again and remain below flood
stage.
