Low-water crossings are inundated with water and may not be passable.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 935 AM CST, gauge reports indicated recent heavy rainfall has led to a record crest along the Clarks River. Flooding is already occurring in the warned area. Emergency management has reported water has impacted primary and secondary roads. Water has also impacted some businesses and homes. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
