Northwestern Walthall County in southern Mississippi...
Central Pike County in southern Mississippi...
* Until 545 PM CST.
* At 458 PM CST, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
was located over Magnolia, or 8 miles south of Mccomb, moving
northeast at 55 mph.
HAZARD...Tornado.
SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.
IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed.
Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree
damage is likely.
* This tornadic thunderstorm will remain over mainly rural areas of
northwestern Walthall and central Pike Counties.
This includes Interstate 55 in Mississippi between mile markers 6 and
11.
