PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

...FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL EARLY SATURDAY MORNING...
* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...North Fork Licking River near Mt. Olivet.
* WHEN...Until early Saturday morning.
* IMPACTS...At 20.0 feet, Santa Fe Road east of Milford floods near
the Santa Fe bridge. Neave Milford Road is also flooded near the
Santa Fe bridge. Water rises to the edge of Brandywine Road north
of State Route 596 to near Pleasant Ridge Road.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 3:45 AM EST Friday the stage was 20.3 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 20.7
feet this morning. It will then fall below flood stage late
this evening.
- Flood stage is 20.0 feet.
