Kentucky River near Ravenna affecting Estill County.
Kentucky River at Heidelberg affecting Lee County.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
The next statement will be issued by 10 AM ESTSaturday morning at
1030 AM EST.

- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
tomorrow morning to a crest of 22.1 feet tomorrow evening. It
will then fall below flood stage early Sunday afternoon.

- Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
