NORTHEASTERN CLARION AND FOREST COUNTIES...
At 1007 AM EST, an area of heavy snow was located along a line
extending from near Wetmore to near Andover. Movement was southeast
at 35 mph.
Winds in excess of 30 mph are possible with this area of heavy snow.
Locations impacted include...
Oil City, Franklin, Marienville, Greenville, Sugarcreek, Tionesta,
Hasson Heights, Stoneboro, Seneca, Polk, Sandy Lake, Jamestown,
Rouseville, Cooperstown, Woodland Heights, Pleasantville, Utica, New
Lebanon, Sheakleyville, and Fryburg.
This includes Interstate 79 in Pennsylvania between mile markers 127
and 138.
Snow will lead to reduced visibilities and hazardous travel
conditions.
Conditions can deteriorate rapidly in winter weather situations. Be
prepared for snow or ice covered roads. Slow down and allow extra
time when traveling.
