* WHAT...Heavy lake effect snow. Additional snow accumulations up to
  one to two inches.

* WHERE...Cuyahoga, Medina, Portage, and Summit Counties.

* WHEN...Until 7 PM EST this evening.

* IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will
  likely become slick and hazardous. Plan on slippery road
  conditions.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Periods of heavy lake effect snow with
  snowfall rates of 1 inch per hour are expected through early this
  afternoon.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If you must travel, keep an extra flashlight, food, and water in
your vehicle in case of an emergency.
