...FLOOD ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 1145 AM CST THIS MORNING...
* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.
* WHERE...A portion of southern Illinois, including the following
counties, Hamilton and Saline.
* WHEN...Until 1145 AM CST.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 1012 AM CST, Emergency management reported roads being
impacted by high water. Minor flooding is ongoing. Between 1
and 2 inches of rain have fallen.
- Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is
expected.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Harrisburg, Eldorado, Mcleansboro, Galatia, Carrier Mills,
Dahlgren, Raleigh, Stonefort, Broughton, Muddy, Macedonia and
Belle Prairie City.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
