Strong windgusts up to 45 to 50 mph are also expected in association with astrong cold front. The combination of the snow and strong windswill create significantly reduced visibilities through 11 PM ESTbefore the heavier snow showers shift off to the east. Light snowaccumulations may also create some slick spots on roads. Motoristsshould be alert to the possibility of highly variable roadconditions when travelling across the area.
