* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.
* WHERE...Portions of Pennsylvania, including the following areas,
Higher Elevations of Fayette, Higher Elevations of Indiana and
Higher Elevations of Westmoreland and northern West Virginia,
including the following areas, Eastern Preston, Eastern Tucker,
Preston, Ridges of Eastern Monongalia and Northwestern Preston and
Western Tucker.
* WHEN...Through Friday evening.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- The remnants of Debby will potentially bring heavy rainfall
over the watch area late tonight through sunset on Friday.
Rain totals of 1.5 to 3.5 inches are expected, with locally
higher amounts of up to 5 inches possible.
