including the following areas, Allen IN, Marshall, Northern
Kosciusko, Southern Kosciusko, Southern La Porte, Starke and Whitley.
The flooding threat has ended. Therefore, the Flood Watch is being
cancelled.

- Discharge from the Norway Dam exceeds 9,000 cubic feet per
second.
