[Delayed Report] 1 NE Yeaddiss [Leslie Co, KY] Public reports Flash Flood at 12 Jul, 3:19 PM EDT -- A series of social media posts depicts flash flooding in Coots Hollow near the Trace Fork NE of Yeaddiss. A still image reveals water rising in the ditches along the road around 3:04 PM, then escalating into at least 6 inches of flowing water in a video at 3:19 PM. MRMS CREST unit stream flow data reached its maximum around 4:10 PM, when the next video depicts rushing water completely covering the road and headed downhill. A final video shows water decreasing in depth and speed around 5:20 PM, but with a couple inches of water still streaming down the hill/road.
