.DISCUSSION...
Issued at 100 PM CST Tue Nov 11 2025
Brisk south to southwest winds will gradually subside their
gustiness over the course of the evening, but maintain some
light gradient flow overnight. They'll shift to west or
northwest tmrw and won't be as gusty, as the gradient loosens
under more of a surface high pressure influence.
The aforementioned surface high pressure ridges just to our east
as return flow southerlies reestablish by week's end. That
ultimately shoots H8 temps back into the teens C as upper/H5
heights expand about 10 DM by 12Z Sat, which translates to
surface highs reaching into the 70s again. Here are the week's
end record temps, since we'll be getting close, maybe not quite
this warm but approaching:
Friday Record Highs
PAH 77 (1964)
EVV 77 (1971)
CGI 80 (1964)
Saturday Record Highs
PAH 80 (1955)
EVV 80 (1955)
CGI 78 (1971)
Sunday Record Highs
PAH 78 (1958)
EVV 78 (1952)
CGI 77 (1965)
It's been interesting watching the longer term solutions to the
late weekend/early next week system with respect to our rain
chances or lack thereof. It looks like the day-to-day solutions
trend toward a slower progression and therefore drier weekend,
pushing better pops into early next week, including the thunder
chance. We'll see if the blend picks up on this trending in the
near future runs.

.AVIATION /18Z TAFS THROUGH 18Z WEDNESDAY/...
Issued at 100 PM CST Tue Nov 11 2025
Gusty south to southwest winds will gradually subside their
gusts while maintaining some gradient flow overnight; they'll
shift to west then northwest tmrw but without today's gustiness,
as surface high pressure exerts more of an influence.
Time/height cross sections indicate that once the SCT-BKN mid
to high bases clear tonight, we'll be SKC thereafter.
