Judge approves 'more lenient' breach of trust plea by former OPS deputy chief

Uday Jaswal was accused of sexually assaulting a female colleague 14 years ago. The judge on his case, who ultimately approved Jasawl's pleading to a lesser charge, said the resulting deal is on the "more lenient end of the spectrum."
