...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 545 PM EDT THIS AFTERNOON...
* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...The following counties, in northern Kentucky, Carroll,
Gallatin, Grant, Owen and Pendleton.
* WHEN...Until 545 PM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
Water over roadways. Some low-water crossings may become
impassable.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 1251 PM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 1.5 inches of
rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 1.5
inches are possible.
- Some locations that may experience flooding include...
Carrollton, Williamstown, Falmouth, Crittenden, Dry Ridge,
Warsaw, Owenton, Butler, Kentucky Speedway, Florence, Morgan,
Glencoe, Ghent, Sanders, Corinth, Sparta, Worthville, Moscow,
Prestonville and Monterey.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
Be aware of your surroundings and do not drive on flooded roads.

your report via social media, when you can do so safely.
