* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.
* WHERE...A portion of southwest Alabama, including the following
areas, Baldwin Central, Baldwin Coastal, Baldwin Inland, Mobile
Central, Mobile Coastal, Mobile Inland and Washington.
* WHEN...From 6 PM CDT this evening through Thursday afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur
in poor drainage and urban areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Heavy rain will move into the area beginning Tuesday evening.
Four to six inches of rain is forecast across the area during
this timeframe, locally higher amounts are possible.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
