...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT CENTRAL GRANT COUNTY THROUGH 215
AM EDT...
At 139 AM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Elwood, or 9 miles west of Fairmount, moving northeast at 30 mph.
HAZARD...Winds in excess of 30 mph and half inch hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
possible.
Locations impacted include...
Gas City, Home Corner, Michaelsville, Fairmount, Normal, Herbst,
Hackleman, Point Isabel, Jonesboro, Sweetser, Radley, Roseburg,
Marion, Swayzee, Lake Wood, Sims, and Upland.
This includes Interstate 69 in Indiana between mile markers 258 and
263.
