This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of southern Indiana
and central Kentucky.
.DAY ONE...Tonight.
Heavy rain showers and strong storms are expected this afternoon and
evening. Main threats will be hail, a weak spin-up tornado, and heavy
downpours.
Some locations could see localized ponding or minor flooding issues
in heavier downpours today.
.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Saturday through Thursday.
A cold front will bring storms to the region Tuesday evening and
night. Some strong to severe storms will be possible.
Showers and thunderstorms will continue into Wednesday and Thursday
as Tuesday's cold front gets hung up over the area.
.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
Spotter activation may be needed tonight and Tuesday evening.
GENERAL STORM MOTION OF THE DAY:
Storms will move northeast at 15 to 25 mph.
Any users of this storm motion must be aware that thunderstorm activity
can be erratic and constantly evolving. Please use this with caution
and be prepared for changing conditions.
