* IMPACTS...At 15.0 feet, Maple Street near the Red River Ranch is
impassable.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 6:15 AM EDT Tuesday the stage was 15.2 feet.
- Forecast...The river is receding, but will continue to run
high through late this evening.
- Flood stage is 17.0 feet.
