...FLOOD ADVISORY NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL 5 PM EDT THIS AFTERNOON...
* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.
* WHERE...The following counties, in central Ohio, Delaware,
Franklin and Union. In west central Ohio, Champaign, Darke, Logan
and Shelby.
* WHEN...Until 500 PM EDT Sunday.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
Water over roadways. Some low-water crossings may become
impassable.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 1040 AM EDT, local law enforcement reported minor flooding
in the advisory area.
- Some locations that may experience flooding include...
Columbus, Dublin, Westerville, Reynoldsburg, Grove City,
Delaware, Upper Arlington, Gahanna, Hilliard, Marysville,
Sidney, Worthington, Bellefontaine, Greenville, Bexley,
Urbana, Powell, Canal Winchester, Groveport and Sunbury.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
Be aware of your surroundings and do not drive on flooded roads.
To report flooding, go to our website at weather.gov/iln and submit
your report via social media, when you can do so safely.
