...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in
Kentucky...

  Drakes Creek near Alvaton affecting Warren County.

  Green River at Munfordville affecting Hart County.

  Barren River at Bowling Green affecting Warren County.

  Rough River near Dundee affecting Ohio County.

  Green River near Mammoth Cave affecting Edmonson County.

  Green River at Rochester affecting Butler, Muhlenberg and Ohio
  Counties.

  Green River at Woodbury affecting Butler and Warren Counties.

.Heavy rain from the past four days will cause the river to rise.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive
cars through flooded areas.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.

Caution is urged when walking near riverbanks.

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Green River at Munfordville.

* WHEN...Until late Wednesday morning.

* IMPACTS...At 28.0 feet, Water enters city park under US 31W bridge.
  At 49.0 feet, Green River Valley Water District Treatment Plant
  floods.
  At 50.0 feet, Most of the agricultural bottomland floods. Eve
  Highway (KY 566) floods near Lynn Camp Creek bridge.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 8:00 PM CDT Saturday the stage was 46.7 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 35.0 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 8:00 PM CDT Saturday was 46.8 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 48.6
    feet early tomorrow afternoon. It will then fall below flood
    stage early Wednesday morning.
  - Flood stage is 28.0 feet.
  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
    50.4 feet on 01/23/1937.

  - Bankfull stage is 23.0 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
    just after midnight tonight to a crest of 30.3 feet early
    tomorrow afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage early
    Monday morning.
  - Flood stage is 24.0 feet.
  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
    30.6 feet on 03/01/2021.

* WHERE...Barren River at Bowling Green.

* WHEN...Until Tuesday morning.

* IMPACTS...At 23.0 feet, Parks begin to flood. Most of Thomas
  Landing and Weldon Peete Park flood.
  At 30.0 feet, Boat Landing Road is impassable.
  At 34.0 feet, Most of Beech Bend Park floods.
  At 36.0 feet, Several homes along river begin to flood.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 7:45 PM CDT Saturday the stage was 30.1 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 25.0 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 7:45 PM CDT Saturday was 35.6 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 34.7
    feet Monday morning. It will then fall below flood stage
    early Tuesday morning.
  - Flood stage is 28.0 feet.
  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
    34.9 feet on 03/03/1997.

* IMPACTS...At 20.0 feet, Green River Ferry closes to RV and trailer
  traffic due to high water. Heavy loads will be at the judgment of
  the ferry operator considering the 12 ton load limit of ferry. 
  Backcountry camping on the Green River floodplain is prohibited.
  At 20.1 feet, Launching of paddle craft is prohibited.
  At 32.0 feet, Green River Ferry closes to all traffic due to high
  water.
  At 42.0 feet, Echo River Spring Trail and parking lot are under
  water and not accessible.
  At 57.0 feet, Cave tours that use the lower levels of the cave are
  closed.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 6:00 PM CDT Saturday the stage was 55.6 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 20.0 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 6:00 PM CDT Saturday was 55.6 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 60.8
    feet early Monday morning.

  At 29.0 feet, KY 136 at Heflin Road floods near county line. KY 69
  floods near intersection of US 231 in Hartford.
  At 30.0 feet, US 231 floods at shopping center between Hartford
  and Beaver Dam.
  At 32.0 feet, Dundee is cutoff.

  enters basements in some homes along river in Rochester.
  At 46.0 feet, KY 70 floods one mile north of Rochester.
  At 47.0 feet, Rochester is cutoff.
  At 50.0 feet, Water approaches first floor of some homes in
  Rochester. Several county roads closed.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 7:45 PM CDT Saturday the stage was 46.5 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 34.0 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 7:45 PM CDT Saturday was 46.5 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 51.3
    feet Tuesday evening.
  - Flood stage is 37.0 feet.

  At 30.0 feet, Several county roads flood near Woodbury.
  At 32.0 feet, Low spots on North and South Church Streets in
  Woodbury flood.
  At 33.0 feet, Old Ferry River Road in Aberdeen floods.
  At 36.0 feet, Many parts of Woodbury flood.
  At 38.0 feet, KY 403 between James McKinney bridge and Three Tile
  Lane floods. US 231 south of Sawmill Road in Morgantown floods.
  At 40.0 feet, US 231 at Russellville Road and the William Natcher
  Parkway interchange floods. Morgantown High School is cutoff.
  At 41.0 feet, Water approaches KY 403 on opposite side of town
  near levy. Travel is difficult into town.
  At 43.0 feet, Woodbury is cutoff. Water enters some homes in town.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 8:00 PM CDT Saturday the stage was 42.8 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 24.0 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 8:00 PM CDT Saturday was 42.8 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 46.3
    feet early Monday morning.
  - Flood stage is 26.0 feet.
  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
    45.6 feet on 01/22/1988.
