At 315 AM CDT/415 AM EDT/, severe thunderstorms were located along a
line extending from 6 miles east of Haubstadt to near Newburgh,
moving northeast at 65 mph.
HAZARD...70 mph wind gusts.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Expect considerable tree damage. Damage is likely to mobile
homes, roofs, and outbuildings.
Locations impacted include...
Melody Hill, Haubstadt, Boonville, Darmstadt, Fort Branch, Spurgeon,
Folsomville, Winslow, Lynnville, Oakland City, Mackey, Elberfeld,
Newburgh, Somerville, Chandler, Tennyson, and Evansville.
This includes the following highways...
Interstate 69 in Indiana between Mile Markers 1 and 33.
Interstate 64 in Indiana between Mile Markers 22 and 50.
