northwest of I-65, 15 to 20 southeast of I-65 including the coast.
* WHERE...Portions of south central and southwest Alabama, northwest
Florida, and southeast Mississippi.
* WHEN...From midnight tonight to 9 AM CST Friday.
* IMPACTS...Wind chill values can lead to hypothermia with prolonged
exposure.
