...The Flood Warning is extended for the following rivers in
Indiana...
East Fork White River near Rivervale.
...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in Indiana...
White River at Hazleton.
White River at Petersburg.
East Fork White River near Bedford.
East Fork White River at Williams.
.Recent rainfall coupled with snow melt has led to rise along
southern Indiana rivers and streams. Lowland and minor flooding is
expected along points on the White and East Fork White River into
the weekend to early next week.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive
cars through flooded areas.
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

* IMPACTS...At 25.0 feet, During the late March 2008 flood, the
Bedford Times reported the following county roads still under
water: River Road, Bartlettsville Road by the bridge and in the
bottoms, Judah-Logan Road by the bridge, the gravel part of Logan
Bottoms, Donica Church Road between Logan Bottoms and the hill,
Peerless Road by Mica Metals, Little Salt Creek Run, Stumphole
Bridge Road near SR 450, Huron-Williams Road, Lawrenceport Road,
RSaturdayivervale Road and Earl Road.

- At 10:30 AM EST Wednesday the stage was 22.6 feet.
- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
ending at 10:30 AM EST Wednesday was 22.6 feet.
- Forecast...The river will rise to 23.7 feet tomorrow morning.
It will then fall below flood stage late Saturday morning to
9.9 feet Thursday, February 27. It will rise to 10.0 feet
Friday, February 28. It will then fall again and remain below
flood stage.
