...FLOOD ADVISORY FOR AN ICE JAM REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL NOON EST
MONDAY...
* WHAT...Flooding caused by an ice jam continues.
* WHERE...A portion of northeast Ohio, including the following
county, Lake.
* WHEN...Until noon EST Monday.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying areas near the Chagrin River.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 1031 PM EST, local law enforcement reported an ice jam on
the Chagrin River between Eagle Rd and Rogers Rd. Minor
flooding is possible along this stretch of river or locations
downstream if the jam releases.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Willoughby and Willoughby Hills.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
