...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT MARTIN...SOUTHEASTERN JOHNSON
AND NORTHEASTERN FLOYD COUNTIES THROUGH 1130 AM EST...

At 1054 AM EST, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Dicks Creek, or over Prestonsburg, moving northeast at 45 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Prestonsburg, Inez, Warfield, Add, Pilgrim, Oaklawn Estates, Davella,
Lancer, Meally, Prince, Milo, Job, Lovely, Buffalo, Threeforks,
Auxier, Cliff, Bradbury, Debord, and Pleasant.

THIS INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING HIGHWAYS...
 Kentucky Highway 3 in Floyd County between mile markers 1 and 4.
 Kentucky Highway 3 in Johnson County  Kentucky Highway 3 in Martin
County between mile markers 1 and 9.
 Kentucky Highway 80 in Floyd County near mile marker 14.
 U.S. Highway 23 in Floyd County between mile markers 12 and 21.
 U.S. Highway 23 in Johnson County between mile markers 0 and 1.
