This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of southern
Illinois, southwest Indiana, western Kentucky, and southeast
Missouri.
.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight
Isolated thunderstorms are expected mainly over the southern half
of the Quad State late this evening and overnight. The primary
concerns will be locally heavy rainfall and lightning, but a few
strong to severe storms cannot be ruled out along and south of a
line from Fulton to Greenville Kentucky after 3 AM. Damaging winds
and a brief tornado will be the primary severe concerns.
.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday
Isolated thunderstorms with locally heavy rainfall and lightning
will remain possible over west Kentucky through about 9 AM
Wednesday. The chance of strong or severe storms will linger
through about 7 AM near the Tennessee border.
.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
Spotter activation cannot be completely ruled out late tonight
into early Wednedsday over west Kentucky.
