VFR conditions will prevail through at least this evening. Mid and
high level clouds will build in from the west today into this
evening. Lowering cloud bases and increased rain chances are
expected, especially well after midnight, and even more so by
sunrise Thursday as a cold front approaches. The front is expected
to pass through the forecast terminals between 14-18z Thursday
with IFR ceilings developing right along and behind the front.
Winds will be generally be 10 kt or less through the period,
starting out as southeast this afternoon, veering to the southwest
tonight, and becoming northwest tomorrow morning with the frontal
