So we had an outage a couple of hours ago while I was working on our webserver and it lasted for ~1h-1h 1/2. New stack, adding a new reverse proxy and it's undocumented. Some adjustments were made and all was well and good in the neighbourhood. Anyhow; we now have Portainer Business Edition and NGiNX Proxy Manager on TOP of our NGiNX webserver powering ThreatWeb. Overkill? maybe. But it's roughly secure enough for us to make do. ThreatWeb is ALSO now proxied behind CloudFlare, so that's an update worth updating about.

EVENING FOR NORTHWESTERN MARION AND CENTRAL WETZEL COUNTIES...

At 404 PM EDT, rain gauge reports near Mannington indicated 
thunderstorms had produced heavy rain of 1 to 2 inches. Additional 
rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are possible in the warned area. Flash 
flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.

HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

SOURCE...Gauges reported.

IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
         highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor
         drainage and low-lying areas.

Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
  Mannington, Pine Grove, Jacksonburg, Farmington, Smithfield, 
  Curtisville, Folsom, Big Run, Grangeville, Metz, Rachel, Carolina, 
  Idamay and Reader.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood

* At 735 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 7 miles west of
  Shelbyville, moving east at 50 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage 
           to roofs, siding, and trees.
